Modern GUI Design for Tablet

I'm looking for a modern-styled GUI designed for a tablet. The interface will include a number of buttons, which will primarily control settings. At this stage, I simply need an image of what the interface might look like. Its for a golf project and I would like for the interface to be gold themed please see the image provided
