Modern Clean Web App Design

I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer to refine and professionalize a web app based on my Canva rendering. The app consists of three screens: two web views and one mobile view.

Requirements:
- First Screen (Accountability): Users click a seat in a vehicle. After selecting, they input an ID number using a numerical keyboard to assign the seat to a person.
- Second Screen (Kanban Style): ID numbers entered by users appear in the first column of a Kanban board. There are three additional columns. Selecting a tile opens a view of the users inside the vehicle.

Design Requirements:
- Modern and clean aesthetic
- Dark theme color scheme (provided by me)
- Professional look and feel
- Must be user-friendly and intuitive

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in web app design
- Strong graphic design skills, especially in creating modern and clean interfaces
- Expertise in Kanban board layouts and functionality
- Ability to work with provided color schemes
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration
