Modern Apartment Design(3 apartments)

I'm looking for an experienced designer to help me transform my apartments ( 3 small apartments each area is about 70 sq meters) into a modern, stylish living space.
Key Requirements
- I'm aiming for a modern aesthetic, so familiarity with designing for this style is essential.
