Mockups for wall art for a POD (Print on Demand) project

Hello, I’m looking for an experienced designer to create realistic interior mockups for wall art for a POD (Print on Demand) project using Teeinblue.

Requirements:
Around 25 mockups
Minimum 12 different room styles
Modern, realistic interiors
Consistent style across all mockups
Realistic shadows and lighting
PNG format preferred
Final mockup size: 4000 x 4000 px (square)
Optimized files (ideally 3–6 MB each)

Artwork Ratios:
The print area must fit the exact ratio and should be transparent for Teeinblue automation.
2:3 Portrait → 3000 x 4500 px
3:2 Landscape → 4500 x 3000 px
3:4 Portrait → 3000 x 4000 px
4:3 Landscape → 4000 x 3000 px

Variants Needed:
Aluminum poster frames (black & white, slim)
Canvas frames (black & white, wood style)
Poster without frame
Canvas without frame

Important:
Experience with POD/mockup projects required
Delivery time: max. 3 days
One free test image preferred
Long-term collaboration possible for future graphic design work
