Mobile version (in xd.adobe) of an already designed (desktop-version) website

I am looking for a professional developer/UI/UX Designer to create a mobile version of my website using xd.adobe. The desktop version of the website already exist. There are 39 Screens in total (some are duplicates). The layout can be discussed based on whatever makes sense. I don't have any specific mobile devices or screen sizes in mind, so please ensure that the mobile version is responsive and fits all mobile types and sizes.
