Mobile app for Android and IOS (name "+ Cidade")

Development of a mobile application similar to the Brazilian "Ifood".
I need it to work perfectly from the first version.
The difference from the application mentioned above is that this application will have small customizations made by users. User moderation should be possible. Finally, the application will have to have hosting large enough for users to have their own pages (such as Facebook's markeplace or Brazilian "Ifood").
OBS. I have a prototype made by me in "Figma" program/software it should serve as an inspiration for both the graphics and the flow control).
