Mobile app UI/UX Figma expert

Hi, I am Korob from fast-growing startup company.
We developed some mobile apps using React Native with Real estating, service market module, news, and management module.
But we are feeling current screen UIs are not good looking.
So we need to redo them as fanstatic, modern to collect more customers.
Our management team decide to hire female good mobile app UI/UX designer.
She should have good eye in UI/UX, should be familiar with Figma.
This job should be done in a month.
We communicate via slack, and she need to be worked 5 days per week.
Payment will be processed weekly.
