Mobile-First Site Revamp

I need my current website (www.tinyhomesvillage.com) overhauled so it feels effortless on a phone, ranks better in search, and keeps visitors exploring longer. The priorities are clear: a mobile-first redesign with polished UI, streamlined navigation, and on-page SEO baked into every section.

Two new features must slot in seamlessly:
• A shop page where I can showcase and sell branded merchandise.
• A dynamic calendar that lets villagers quickly scan upcoming events, click for details, and add them to their own device.

Load speed and responsive behaviour on smartphones come first, but the finished site should still look sharp on tablets and desktops. I’m happy to work with the CMS or stack you’re most comfortable with as long as it gives me an intuitive back-end for adding products and events later on.

Deliverables I’ll use for sign-off:
1. Fully responsive redesign of all existing pages, tested on the latest iOS and Android browsers.
2. Merchant-ready shop page (secure checkout, product variants, inventory controls).
3. Event calendar integrated into the main nav, filterable by date and category.
4. On-page SEO improvements—clean URLs, meta tags, alt text, and an XML sitemap.
5. Handover package: style guide, admin login, and a short video walk-through of routine updates.
