Mobile App design

We are looking for someone who has previous knowledge of App design and good experience with UI/UX and has delivered previous App developed for Android/ iOS development. The App is going to be a reading and writing platform. A user can basically login and add his information, writes the articles and gets it verified. Once verified the articles is available in public domain in the same App for the reading purpose. The App would show the list of articles and it’s information. You can take inspiration from Medium App. The App theme is going to be black and white. The App has to be designed from scratch and requires designing 10-15 screens.
