Mobile App Layout - Design-Wire Frames - UI/UX

Hi, I am looking for freelancers to design Mobile App Layouts - Design-Wire Frames for a sports gaming Application similar to a Fantasy Cricket App.
Requirement :
1. We need the XML and Swift UI files that can be directly used in the Android and iOS development.
2. Use elements in designs from the library that can be imported into both Android & iOS
3. Elements editing capabilities should be present.
4. Wireframing is a must, and animations would be great to have.
Expected number of screens: around 40
Typical Screens: Login, sign up, dashboard, user details, dashboard, user profile, store, account summary, user activity.
