Mobile App UI/UX Designs -- 2

I need a designer to design UI/UX for Data Analysing Mobile App. Need very good designs so that even a lay man can understand difficult data by just looking at designs. I have attached types of data files for ready refrence . We need these data in graphical format. It’s machine wise data. There can by any number of different machines. Current image is shared for 36 machines.
