Minimalist Word Doc Overhaul

I'm on the hunt for a graphically talented professional who can breathe new life into a 180-page Word document. The focus lies strictly on the aesthetics without altering the core content. The design brief leans towards a minimalist style, encompassing all headers, fonts, tables, and visual data representations. Similar style should be used for all graphics. The available tasks also include reimagining various tables, a few charts and some graphs, for which I expect a universal design that can be consistently applied.
