Minimalist Sweatshirt and Merchandise Design

I am a designer who is very busy but is in need of a simple design using a college/university/varsity letter font style. I have an image to help inspire the design (See attached). The letters are 'WOCIP', and the color for the letters is #F37136, along with black and white as depicted by the reference image. Referring to the reference image again, you will replace the panther with a queen's crown. The crown should have jewels using the color #48887B. This design will be used for print, web, and merchandise. More importantly, wearable merchandise (Sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, etc.)

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Mid to advanced Graphic design
- Ability to create unique and appealing designs
- Understanding of merchandise design
