Minimalist Skate & Surf T-Shirt Design

I have a Logo made from A website which I would like to recreate, I only have a snapshot of the logo as I cannot remember which website I used to Perform the Logo creation. I would like the Logo to be fully vectorised and A full social media pack with the Logo ready in the sizes for all social media and with the Logo Transparent for printing purposes, also with all files and ownership included in the package.
