Minimalist UI Redesign for E-commerce Flutter App

I need a skilled Flutter developer to transform the user interface of my E-commerce app into a minimalist style. The color palette should feature a white background with the contrast of red buttons. Aesthetics aside, making the user experience more straightforward and fluid is equally important. Important skills and experience:

The main requirement though is this:
1. we have a button which now open a external app (pdf reader), We need this not in pdfviewer, but in some other way. Please understand that the above approach will open external app. Please tell in your proposal what is the alternative, else your proposal will not be considered. Type "Alternative" in the beginnign if you understood the usecase. More work if you do this.
