I’m preparing my new novel for publication and want a striking yet restrained cover that immediately signals the tone of the story without unnecessary ornamentation. The aesthetic I have in mind is firmly minimalist—clean typography, limited color palette, strong negative space, and one clear focal element rather than elaborate illustration.
Here’s what I need from you:
• A front-cover concept refined into a print-ready PDF (CMYK, trim and bleed) and a web-ready JPEG/PNG for online stores.
• An e-book version sized for Kindle and other major platforms.
• Source file in whichever tool you prefer—Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or Affinity Designer—so I can tweak metadata or imprint details later if required.
If you think chapter headings or full page layout could benefit from a similar minimalist treatment, feel free to mention how you’d approach that; for now, the cover is my priority.
