Minimalist New Website, Zoho Integration, Logo, SEO Website Integration
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
I'm in need of a talented web developer who can help me create a new version of my website as a minimalist, modern law firm website aimed at lawyers as clients (lawyers for lawyers). Also, a simple new logo in PSD. I will pick a host within the US based on your suggestions.
Starting with just me and likely one or two other lawyers, however, I would like to utilize the Zoho integration (included in the project with recommendations) (as budget and growth permits) as a foundation for
• Virtual group inbox.
• Virtual group shared email box.
• Website appt system for consultation (may require credit card hold).
• Shared business text messages/phone.
• Task management system with visibility re where things are in completion and recording of steps and time taken (in the future would like to train AI around these tasks).
• Conflict check system
Site must be independently developed on a platform that allows me to own the entire site, take the files and upload to another host at any time, not tied to one system - although open to discussing this re budget. (I built the current site on Weebly.)
Key requirements:
- Minimalist, modern web design that matches my preferences.
- Proficiency in Zoho integration
- Graphic design skills
- SEO expertise for keyword site structure, content creation and backend management of website for simple tasks.
Preferred, Optional
- Experience in email blasts (have the list) via Sendgrid (optional).
- Social media experience
Other specifications:
- A willingness to adhere to the Freelancer Milestone system for payments, based on deliverable completion.
- A willingness to work under a simple contract for the project stating that you are not violating 3P rights and I own the work product under work for hire.
-Ideally, I would like to be done by the end of September.
I am open to your suggestions and ideas as well for better ways to get the same results. This may become an ongoing need.
