Minimalist Icon Design For a WebPage

I am looking for an experienced designer to create 20-25 minimalist icons for a web page application. The desired style for the icons is colored flat icons, with a special formatting that I have submitted to the designer. The icons must be able to make the most of limited space and convey a message while being aesthetically pleasing. The ideal designer for this project should have strong experience using vector design and have excellent eye for detail.
