Minimalist Greeting Card Mockup Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We are looking for a skilled graphic designer or digital artist to create high-quality Photoshop mockups of our greeting card collection. The mockups should look like real, professionally photographed scenes and reflect an elevated, minimalist aesthetic.
Deliverables
- 4 x website banner images with multiple greeting cards
- 10 x photoshop mockups of plain greeting card with no props on green background
- 10 x photoshop mockups of greeting cards in styled settings (see styling guidelines below)
- Mockups should be layered and editable (PSD files)
- Files must also be provided in high resolution jpeg, suitable for use on web
Our product:
Plain white greeting cards with embossed words on front - e.g. 'forty', 'congratulations' etc.
I can provide raw files used for printing, or font names to enable accurate representation of the embossed words. The most important part of this project is that the embossing looks real.
Visual Direction
The mockups should feel refined and aspirational, with a modern, minimal composition. We're aiming for a boutique, lifestyle feel that communicates quality and sophistication.
Styling Guidelines
- Neutral, soft lighting (natural or studio-style light - open to shadows cast by leaves)
- Clean, minimalist backgrounds (e.g. white, stone, soft beige, grey)
Use of luxury textures such as:
- Marble surfaces (white or light grey veining)
- Soft linen fabrics (natural tones)
- Matte ceramics
Use of natural elements for styling, such as:
- Olive leaves
- Eucalyptus sprigs
- Monstera leaves or other greenery
Include props only to enhance the composition (e.g. ribbon, wax seals, pen, tray, twine)—no clutter
Format
- All files in PSD format with smart objects for card designs
- Cards to be shown in portrait and landscape formats (with/without envelope depending on layout)
- Include a mix of flat-lay and front-on perspectives
Reference Style
We’re inspired by mockups from brands like The Floral Society, Cereal Magazine, and Kinfolk. I also really like the look & feel of the photoshop elements from 'OctoberNovember'. Think soft, tactile, and intentional. The overall feel of the output photos should be luxury - mostly white/offwhite/green.
Timeline
We’d like to complete this project within 2–3 weeks.
