Miniature Football boots

I am looking for someone to create miniature football boots for me. The size should be 2 inches, and the material should be plastic. I do not need these boots to have metal studs. The job will involve designing and creating these and making sure they are of a good quality. I am looking for someone who is experienced in this kind of work, and is able to complete this task to a high standard.
