Minecraft server

I am looking for a Minecraft server designer to create a server that can accommodate more than 100 players at once. The type of server I need is focused on design and aesthetics. Although I do not have any specific plugins or mods in mind, I do have some ideas that I would like to discuss with the designer. The ideal candidate for this project should have experience with Minecraft server design and be able to create a server that is visually stunning and functional. Additionally, the designer should be able to provide suggestions for plugins and mods that would enhance the player experience.
