Microsoft Word Design Templates

Using our brand colors and logos, I need up to 10 Microsoft word templates that will contain a photo gallery (from 3 to 13 headshots) and titles that will be updated/changed out by non-design employees. These need to be very simple to use, without a lot of room for manipulation. I've uploaded a sample created by one of my designers that is just an IDEA of what we're looking for (more simple photo gallery is expected). I realize this type of project isn't typically "designed" in MS Word but we have a need for this.
