Merge Brochure with Website Header

I am looking for someone to merge my header image from my website with a page of a brochure (provided in indd)
in image 'layout.PNG' you see the current layout. the yellow header and the page from the brochure does not blend well. I guess we have to merge the two images or create some transition frame in between.
i guess we have to try some solutions, the final result shall be provided in various resulutions so we can load them reolution dependent for the user
