Merchandise hoodie backdrop design

I am looking for a designer to create a vintage-themed backdrop design for a merchandise hoodie. The design should be bright and vibrant in terms of color scheme. Although I don't have any specific images or elements in mind, I have a rough idea of what I want. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating vintage designs and be able to bring my rough idea to life.

It should be based on theme of Indian culture and traditions.
