Merch for podcast

I would like to have a logo made for my podcast. I would like it in a circle form but using these words “ B Inspired” at the top and “ B motivated “ at the bottom and “ B U” in the middle. The words will connect the circle. If it is possible for the design to be transparent that would be great because we would like the ability to change its colors. Is this possible?
