Merch design for our motocross racing son

I'm looking for a creative and talented designer to create a unique merch design for my motocross racing son. The design must feature racing numbers prominently, and must be suitable for use on t-shirts. There is no set color scheme for the design so open to suggestions there, but it should be standardized for uniform display at events or online.
