I'm hiring a talented fashion designer with a strong background in menswear design, particularly in the business category. This designer will be the creative mind behind the bossy segment of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Men's Formal/Business Fashion Design: The primary role of the designer will be to create unique and eye-catching designs for our formal menswear segment. This will involve understanding current trends, market demands, and brand image.
- Creative Direction: In this role, the designer will also be expected to guide the tech and marketing teams with innovative and creative direction. This may involve providing design concepts, suggesting improvements, or helping to translate fashion trends into marketable products.
- Communication: The chosen individual should be able to communicate effectively, particularly via email and video conference, as they will be in constant contact with the tech and marketing teams.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in menswear design, especially semi formal attire.
- Strong communication skills, with prior experience of guiding tech and marketing teams being a plus.
- The ability to think creatively and provide insightful, trendsetting designs.
- Proficiency in email and digital messaging for effective communication with teams.
