Menswear Fashion Designer Needed

I need someone that can create a two piece short sleeve pants set for a man in a silk material. It’s kind of a prototype for a brand we want to create. I’d like there to be a label on the clothing with the name of the brand.

This is for a Christmas gift for my boyfriend
His measurements:
Shirt size (neck & sleeve): 16 & 35
Pants sizes (waist & inseam): 34 x 34
