Men's T-Shirt

I am looking for someone to design me a men's t-shirt. I would like it to be made of a cotton blend, with colours that range from white to black and multiple other colours. The size I require is medium. The shirt must be unique and of high quality. If you are able to provide this for me, I would be grateful.
