Men's Scrub Fashion Tech Pack

I'm in need of a comprehensive tech pack for a men's and womens scrub.

This tech pack should include:
- Fabric specifications: Detailing the exact materials to be used.
- Measurement details: Precise sizing and fit information.
- Print and graphic placements: Clear indications of where prints and graphics should be placed on the garment.
- Everything needed to send over to a manufacturer to create a prototype.
- Must be able to go off of sketches and a treatment PowerPoint, and of course discussion.
