Your responsibilities and qualifications would ideally include:
1. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and design unique bottomwear pieces that align with Verve Clothing's brand identity.
2. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with current fashion trends, especially in bottomwear, and incorporate them innovatively into designs.
3. Color Sense: Strong understanding of color theory and the ability to create visually appealing color palettes for bottomwear collections.
4. Software Proficiency: Proficient in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for creating technical drawings and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) for design presentations and mock-ups.
5. Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing previous bottomwear designs, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of trends.
6. Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with the design team, patternmakers, and other stakeholders to bring designs from concept to production.
7. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
8. Time Management: Capable of working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Fashion Education: A degree or diploma in fashion design or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
