Marketing Material and Website Design

I am looking for a talented designer to create marketing material and design simple one-pagers for my website. I am looking for someone to work for one week and deliver the following:

1. Create a Mobile Phone image and Desktop image to be used on a Landing Page and for social media advertising.
2. Popup banner that appears on a website promoting the newsletter to get people to signup. Attractive image
3. Set up Social Media templates for Instagram in a similar there.
a. One that is for text base news.
b. Another for numbers / Charts
4. Design a thank you page on the website once people sign up.
5. Design a Broker signup page.

Marketing Material:
- The main focus will be on creating eye-catching social media graphics
- I have a general style in mind, but I am open to ideas and suggestions

Website Design:
- The website should be visually appealing and user-friendly
- The target audience for both the marketing material and website is a specific demographic

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong design skills, particularly in creating social media graphics
- Experience in website design and development
- Ability to understand and cater to a specific demographic's preferences and needs
