Marketing & Design Support
Budget: €6 – €12 EUR
We are looking for an experienced and proactive freelancer to support us with various marketing and design-related tasks. The ideal candidate has experience in graphic design, content creation, and basic knowledge of packaging specifications for production.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Catalogs and Brochures
o Optimize and keep our catalogs and brochures up to date
o Design and adjust layouts according to our brand style
o Add and update product information
2. Website Management
o Keep content on our websites up to date
o Add new products and information
o Apply basic SEO optimization
3. Packaging Information for Chinese Manufacturer
o Prepare all packaging specifications (shipping marks, logo placements, warning labels, etc.)
o Translate and correctly format manuals
o Collaborate with the manufacturer to meet all requirements
4. Social Media Content
o Create stories and posts for various social media channels
o Develop and design engaging visuals and texts
o Schedule and publish content
5. Newsletters
o Design and create newsletters
o Ensure attractive and clear communication
o Send newsletters to our customer database
Requirements:
• Experience with graphic design (Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, or similar tools)
• Knowledge of website management and basic SEO
• Experience with packaging specifications and production requirements
• Strong skills in content creation and marketing
• Good command of English (Dutch is a plus)
• Proactive and structured work approach
Approach and Collaboration:
• Communication via email and/or project management tools like Trello/Slack
• Weekly or monthly progress updates
• Clear deadlines and quality controls
