A three-sided, double-deck dry storage building with:
Ground-level storage space
Upper deck designated for parking and a restaurant
Focus on both functionality and visual appeal
Concept Drawing 2 – Fishing Pier / Breakwater:
Visually engaging and realistic concept of a fishing pier integrated with a breakwater
Must highlight both structural and recreational aspects
Requirements:
Proficiency in architectural and product concept design
Previous experience with marina, coastal, or similar outdoor infrastructure projects
Ability to produce visually compelling and technically sound drawings
Strong communication skills to understand the vision and provide creative input
Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Deliverables:
