March Madness Themed Casino Night Branding Kit
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm organizing a "Casino Night" fundraiser for a non-profit with an NCAA March Madness / basketball theme and I'm in need of a comprehensive branding kit. This event is all about conveying excitement and energy, so the kit should reflect this tone.
The branding kit should include:
- Fonts
- Graphics
- Images
- Color schemes
- Anything else that might be useful for on-site signage, digital marketing, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
It will primarily be used across these platforms:
- Social media
- Printed materials
- Presentations and videos
Our existing media kit is available at https://company-194150.frontify.com/d/MBwMRd1wBdJK/guidelines with fonts of Mont Heavy, Mont Light, and Breathing. I'm open to variations and suggestions that building off of these for consistency.
Ideally, the selected freelancer would have a strong background in graphic design and branding, with a knack for creating engaging, high-energy content. Experience with event branding is a plus.
Digital Assets should be working files in Canva.
We will use these assets to produce materials such as:
On Site Signage
* 4 in x 6 in Table Top
* Letter Template for plug and play (i.e. bar sign, table reservation signs, etc.)*
* 16 in x 20 in Poster Template (i.e., welcome, sponsors, etc.)
Digital Marketing
* 1600 x 800 Website Hero (just graphic, text added on site)
* 1640 x 924 Newsletter Hero
* IG Post
Other Material
* PowerPoint template to share onsite (i.e. sponsors, raffle, about TWT, etc…not sure we will need this year since showing games and live auction might be different?)
* Sponsorship Packet
