Map design

I need a high resolution map over europe with som areas marked out on the map (see file for more info). I would like to see the designers work before on similar project. The final map should be delivered in eps and png format. If the designer has competence in making a map like this i google maps, that could be a next project. Please ask in anything. Below you will find description and examples.
