Map Illustration

I need someone to help me simplify a map and create two graphics. One will include the location of a community in comparison to to metro areas. The other will be a zoomed in version. Examples of both can be found on the back of the attached "Brochure Template". I have also included the Colorado Map which will be used in the project.
