Manga/Anime Style Illustrator for Marketing

I'm looking for a talented illustrator to assist with creating marketing graphics, illustrations, and smart PSDs for physical product designs. The ideal candidate should be comfortable and experienced with digital art, particularly in the anime/manga style. The work will be intermittent, as projects arise, so flexibility is key.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Illustrations: You'll primarily be creating illustrations for various marketing needs.
- Designs for Physical Products: You'll be designing for a range of accessories (like mugs and phone cases), posters and prints, and electronic accessories.
Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Photoshop: This is the primary software you'll need to be proficient in. Familiarity with smart PSD files is a plus.
Important Considerations:
- NDA: The selected applicant will need to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
- Style: A strong understanding and ability to replicate the anime/manga art style is crucial for this role.
- Flexibility: This position will require working intermittently as projects come up.
