Make some custom icons and graphics for our software app marketing materials

We are looking for a talented graphic artist to make some custom graphics for marketing materials for our software application. We are a software startup ready for product release, and we woudl like to have the following made:
1. Stylized custom desktop icons with our logo incorporated
2. Screenshots of our app presented in a stylized way (reflections, shadow, perspective) so we can superimpose some ad copy around them
