Make me a product design for Garbage bags - READ BEFORE BEGINNING.

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE STARTING, AND UNDERSTAND THE ASSIGNMENT BEFORE BEGINNING AS THE INFROMATION IS VERY IMPORTANT.

I HAVE ATTACHED GLAD GARBAGE BAGS SAMPLES, YOU CAN NOT COPY THE SAME DESIGN OR MAKE IT LOOK THE SAME AS WE NEED A DIFFERENT LOOK BY LAW. USE THESE SAMPLES AS REFERENCE AND HELP WITH DESIGNING. BUT MAKE THE DESIGN IN A UNIQUE WAY WHILE MAKING IT LOOK SIMILAR TO THE ONES ATTACHED. PLEASE MAKE SURE NOT TO INCLUDE ANY REGISTERED OR TRADEMARKED THINGS BY OTHER COMPANIES INTO OUR DESIGN.

Product Information:

I need a product design for garbage bags. the garbage bags will be made under my logo which will be provided. The garbage bag color for this design is WHITE. The box will have 40 bags in it. The box design will be GOLDEN YELLOW, similar to the Glad garbage bags attached.
For Canadian law purposes, there must be a English and French side to the design. One side will be in English and the other will be in French. The bottom of the box will include the import/distributor information and barcode, which will all be provided to you. The bottom of the box design should match the same color as the garbage bags. Please see example attached.

DUE TO A NEW DESIGN, YOU MUST INCORPROATE THE MESSAGE "NEW" SOMEWHERE ON THE FRONT OF THE DESIGN.
This design will not include any fragrance or scent.

Height: 7.5 inches
Length: 6.5 inches
