Make a pattern for pet products (harnesses/collars)

Hi there,
I am starting a Pet Business and need a graphic designer to make patterns. The first pattern I would like is a dolphin pattern:
- I would love for the colors to be bright pastel blue
- I would like for the design to not be too cartoon-looking, I like slightly more realistic patterns
- Below I have attached an example of a dolphin pattern on a dog harness that I really like (however obviously this cannot be copied)
There will be lots of opportunities after this design to make more patterns.
