Make drawings editable

We have some drawings/screenshots with uneditable texts. We want to make the texts editable for translation purposes. The drawings are attached. We need the same drawings with the text editable. In the screenshots, the screen stay as-is with just the text editable. We want the MS Word file back with the drawings pasted inside.
