Make credited design for my new organization bringing out the image of good culture

I would like to enlist a talented freelancer to design something special for my new organization. The main purpose of the design is for branding, and it must include cultural symbols within. I have a preferred color scheme that I would like to use, which is neutral and earthy. The design should reflect and embody the vision and values of my organization: a culture of positivity, respect, support and unity.
