Make Pictures from Frames beautiful, shining (Silver Frames) and Transparent Background

hey, I need a real graphic pro. I have some pictures from silver frames, but the are not so cool. I need this pictures with transparent background and very shiny, so that the picture is beautiful.
Anybody can do this job? Please at first one picture, if its good i have 30 more.
