Magazine ad and banner AD

I need someone to create a magazine ad for me that showcases what the resort has to offer. Below are some blueprints to use and improve on that were made by me. The files that say "Layered Copy" are the ones that contain the magazine ad that I was working on. It's more of a rough draft and I was hoping that someone with better skills than myself could polish it and make it look very professional, like something you would see in a real magazine! When you have finished with that please convert the magazine ad into a gif banner ad. This banner should still say what the spa has to offer but not in full detail. in the attachments there is an example of what to shoot for but please use your creative touch! It is very important that you use the candlelight massage type of vibe for the ads because that is what I am going for. If you can't get the image that is in the layered copy file to work with what you are trying to create than feel free to use something that is very similar in style. When adapting the ad, consider what makes an on-screen, interactive ad different than a printed magazine ad and which tools in Photoshop and Illustrator you will need to use effectively to accomplish your goals. Focus on the best use of color, typography, imagery, and all the elements and principles of design to draw the viewer’s attention. When adapting the ad, you will also need to consider what parts of the magazine ad design are no longer needed when placed on screen or which new elements might need to be introduced in order to create a successful layout and structure. Be sure to use only the required typefaces: Arial Bold for the headline, Arial Bold Italic for the subhead, and Arial Regular for body copy. The .gif should be optimized for on-screen viewing. continue to take screenshots of the tools used. These screenshots should be numbered and labeled to show the tools you used to modify/adapt the magazine ad to become a web banner.
