Magazine Optimizations & Roll-Up-Design

Hello creative heads,
we need two print designs:
1) will be a 12 page magazine. We have from an older magazine a 12 page CANVA layout. That was pretty ok, but need to be improved. Problems with spacings, fonts must be fixed. New content must be added. It's your choice to improve the layout within CANVA or optimize it with a professional layout tool.
2) we will need two roll-up displays which must be both designed from scratch.
We need a designer who is immediately available and can start working on this task.
