Magazine Layout

I am looking for a talented and experienced magazine layout designer to produce a layout for the next issue of my quarterly magazine. This is an existing 48-page magazine with an established and consistent format and look. We will provide page layout, all necessary editorial content, artwork, and imagery. We am looking for someone who can create a cohesive design that matches the theme and feel of the magazine. 5-10 of the pages will b full page ads that we will provide. Please provide best hourly or per-page rate .
