Magazine Graphic Designer

We are looking for a graphic designer for a 52 page magazine.
This is a quarterly magazine.
We will need the following files:
1. Ebook files for online upload
2. PDF with bleed for printing
3. PDF for web sharing.
4. Individual PDFs for each articles with cover page - about 12 - 14 usually.
5. 6 - 8 advertisement designs
6. All images to be includes - stock etc
7. Illustrations in each article
8. Few post images & banners.
