MLM site with linked NFT's

I require an MLM website with admin back end that will be linked to our existing website that is about to go into Beta testing, the site is an advertising and marketing site, it can be found here maypay.info .
Knowledge of crypto and automated NFT production would be helpful to the successful applicant/s.
For people to post their own or other businesses on the site users need to join MayPay.info as members, at which point they will be allocated a “member NFT” (users will need to give an ERC20 address, a section for that is in the sign up page on MayPay.info).
If they came to MayPay.info without recommendation from another user the NFT generated must be allocated to admin automatically, and admin will be able to allocate that NFT to any member in the MLM that admin chooses.
If that new sign up member uses an existing members affiliate link that new sign up becomes part of the front line of the affiliate link used.
When a “member” adds a Business, retail outlet or other classified advert page to the MayPay site while signed into their account that will generate an “Advertiser NFT”, and that advertiser NFT will be allocated to that members “Advertisers NFT” page, displayed as an “Advertisers NFT” in that members MLM account page (see imagined images of Ui for the MLM pages.
The member that owns that NFT will if they wish be able to move a “Advertisers NFT” or ”Member NFT” to any other member of MayPay at any time in the future by giving or selling either type of NFT.
12 months after an Advertiser has been added to the site they will be given the option to maintain their existing site advert for a fixed cost or continue for free with a reduced service.
If an advertiser chooses to take the paid option to maintain all the MayPay services that will generate an invoice, at which point there will be payments generated up 5 levels (those % will be disclosed to the winning developer after an NDA has been signed)
To summarise, this is a basic 5 level MLM information recording site, using NFT’s to represent those in the MLM structure and the advertisers in the maypay.info site which is live to visit.
It has the additional service of recording all the advertisers each member adds to the MayPay site, so each advertiser the member adds to the MayPay site is represented by its own unique NFT in a separate page in that members personal admin area (again see imagined Ui).
So a members admin will have a page that shows how many members they have in their down line on each of the 5 levels and revenue produced for each and a page that shows all the advertisers they have added to MayPay.info with information.
If a member chooses to sell an “Advertiser’s NFT” to another member then that sale moves the advertiser and their history to the new members advertiser page.
If a member chooses to sell a “Member NFT” to another member then the member and all that members advertisers and downline move to the member who bought that “member NFT”.
Please do not ask if I have a “Budget” I find that offensive, the cost will be what it is for the work required as described above!
