MARN T SHIRT

I need a t shirt design for a veterans event I am doing. I have attached an idea on what I want to make it look like but need someone else to tweak it. I rather not have the logos on the sleeve as that costs more to print so if you can put them on the front or back and look good with out taking away from the graphic that would be helpful
